Division A Success Plan

The Division plan to help strengthen struggling clubs:
We will continually send out visitors to add a new, dynamic, fresh perspective on Toastmasters, that will motivate the struggling club to help get it to succeed.

Governor Brittany Hoff’s plan to engage and motivate Area Governors:
We will continue to meet and talk on a continual basis and find ways to creatively energize the clubs in Division A, in their membership goals, as well as their DCP plans. :)

The Division will pursue opportunities to develop leadership by:
We will continually look for new leaders who are willing to help out, and step up into the roles that are given to them. :)

The Division plan to develop new club opportunities:
I plan to help our Division A get "Toastmasters out in the community," so that we can get some notoriety from the area businesses, clubs and organizations. That will, in turn, help stem new club leads, and gain attention from community members.

Governor Brittany Hoff’s plan to assist clubs in meeting their educational goals:
I plan to continually check up with my Area Governors in the status of how each of these clubs are doing, and work to promote ways to help these clubs achieve these goals.

Division A will support Area and Club marketing efforts by:
We have a marvelous Assistant Director of Marketing on our Division Team, and we plan to incorporate many of his ideas, plans & methods (as well as our Area Governors and District Governor) to help us as a team figure out how to strategize in supporting and marketing our Clubs.

Governor Brittany Hoff recommends as next year’s Division A Governor and agrees to mentor in this role.

The District can help Division A achieve success by:
To continually be supportive and offer help in any way that the District can. Also, the District is a great resource for any of us, when needing advice or guidance in how to do something. Also, if any of us need any facts or figures, we can get statistics from the District as well, in figuring out how our Division is doing, as well as the clubs in Division A.
